Custom Work

The best way to get exactly what you want is to commission a piece - either the wooden boat of your dreams, or a piece of furniture to fit in your room just so. I will work with you to understand what it is you are looking for, and will help you explore the options that will meet your need.

Boat construction includes options such as bright work vs. painted finish; custom bronze castings (which I make myself) vs. commercial, and level of finish for delivery. Throughout the process, I make sure you understand your options.

I work on a first-come, first-serve basis for scheduling work. For small boat new construction, expect at least a 4-month lead time for delivery.

Furniture construction options often rely on my wood supply and what I have available at any given time.
